Hirers who arrange activities for others Children or Vulnerable adults, on a weekly or other regular basis, must demonstrate to the Memorial Hall Committee, that they have relevant CRB and Independent Safeguarding Authority registration. Details can be found by clicking here.    

Hirers who sub-hire eg childrens entertainers are responsible for ensuring that these persons have apropriate safeguarding registration.
